Participation in the OAA Website "Members' Gallery"

The Members' gallery allows individual OAA members in good standing to showcase their work on their own web pages within the OAA website. You will have a personal web address to include on your business cards etc.

Artists are responsible for the images they submit, for supplying correct contact information and for negotiating any resulting sales or rentals. The OAA takes no sales commission.

Schedule of Fees **NEW FEES effective Sept 1, 2008**

Subscription to the Members' Gallery is optional and there is a fee for this service. Payment of the Fees must be made to the OAA before installation of the images can begin.

Fee for OAA Website Members' Gallery: $30/year

includes:

• BIO page and up to 30 images in your personal Gallery
• access to "Do it yourself" changes for your images and bio at any time.
• access to a tutorial and a screencast to help you with the uploading of your own information and pictures as well as email support
• link to another website if you have one
• an email account with the OAA (upon request)

Fee for additional images:

Artists who need more images displayed will be able to purchase one additional space for $30/year  that will accommodate 30 more images.

Enrolment Procedures

Step 1: Print out the application form below and mail it with a cheque payable to the Ottawa Art Association to:

When your application has been processed by the membership chair, the webcoordinator will notify you to give you your user id and password to give you access to your gallery page.

Step 2:  After reading and viewing the tutorial start with the change of your password before you start loading up or editing your biography or pictures.

Please include the following:

• Contact information: name, email, phone number, fax, address and website if you have another.
• Title, image size, media used and price for your image. Price is optional, but if you include it, state whether art is framed or unframed.

Renewals

For renewals, you will be notified when your subscription is about to expire. The fee for renewal is the same as for a new subscription. If your contact information has changed, please fill out a new application form. Mail it with a cheque payable to the Ottawa Art Association to:
