Participation in the OAA Website "Members' Gallery"The Members' gallery allows individual OAA members in good standing to showcase their work on their own web pages within the OAA website. You will have a personal web address to include on your business cards etc. Artists are responsible for the images they submit, for supplying correct contact information and for negotiating any resulting sales or rentals. The OAA takes no sales commission. Schedule of Fees **NEW FEES effective Sept 1, 2008**Subscription to the Members' Gallery is optional and there is a fee for this service. Payment of the Fees must be made to the OAA before installation of the images can begin. Fee for OAA Website Members' Gallery: $30/year includes:
Fee for additional images: Artists who need more images displayed will be able to purchase one additional space for $30/year that will accommodate 30 more images.
Enrolment Procedures
Step 1: Print out the application form below and mail it with a cheque payable to the Ottawa Art Association to: OAA Website Members' Gallery, 1520 Maxime St., Ottawa, ON K1B 3L1 When your application has been processed by the membership chair, the webcoordinator will notify you to give you your user id and password to give you access to your gallery page. Step 2: After reading and viewing the tutorial start with the change of your password before you start loading up or editing your biography or pictures. Please include the following:
RenewalsFor renewals, you will be notified when your subscription is about to expire. The fee for renewal is the same as for a new subscription. If your contact information has changed, please fill out a new application form.
