I love cherries with their bright lustrous colors! I also love painting lace..So, painting cherries on linen lace is a real pleasure! I even had a lot of fun setting up this still life in my studio...I have to admit that I had more cherries than this when I started taking the pictures:-) Those cherries were delicious!

This original watercolor painting is on Arches Cold Press watercolor paper and is painted with professional quality paints. It is shown here  matted with an Artic white mat with an inner border in black....this really brings out the color of the plate and accentuates the contrast with the red cherries. The mat will fit an 11" X 14" frame. The actual dimensions of the painting are just over 8" X 10".

This will bring a cheerful note to any decor!
