Q1) Are these questions really asked frequently?

A1) Not necessarily, but these question have come up at least once and by putting the answers here, hopefully it's useful to others too. If you have a question send it to the web coordinator and your question will get posted here along with our response.

Q2) How do I get to join the gallery?

A2) To join the gallery please have a look at the instructions.

Q3) I joined the gallery. What do I do to get pictures of my art on the website?

A3) Once you have been informed by the website coordinator of your username and password please read the written artist tutorial and view the screencast to learn about the process of putting your art works onto your gallery.

Q4) How much does it cost to display my images on the Website.

A4) There's price information and more on the Information Page.

Q5) I want to put the web address of my personal gallery on my business card but I don't know what it is?

A5) When you are at your bio page - look at the "Address" window in your browser.

Q6) I forgot my userid and/or password. What do I do?

A6) In this case please contact the web coordinator to give you a new userid and password.

Q7) Can I put my e-mail address on my bio page?

A7) Yes, absolutely! However, some people do not want their e-mail address published because it can result in more junk e-mail.

Q8) How do I go about loading more photos in the web gallery?

A8) For $30/year you can upload up to 30 photos of your paintings to your personal gallery. If you would like to upload more photos you can pay another $30 to display up to 30 additional photos. 

Q9) I don't see anything on this page that answers my question. What now?

A9) If you have any other question please do not hesitate to contact the web coordinator. If he/she can't answer your question, he'll send it to someone who can.
